We are FairShare’s first meat CSA, offering year-round monthly deliveries of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. When you join our farm you are supporting a vibrant animal community that nurtures both beast and land. We raise old breeds in danger of being lost to the increasing pressures of modern agriculture. Our sheep and cattle graze lush organic pastures. Our chickens roam the pastures in search of insects and other tasty morsels. Our pigs dig and wallow to their hearts’ content. Our method of farming is also environmentally friendly. We protect fragile wetlands from damaging run-off and shelter grassland birds like the bobolink. We believe that the extra care we take with our land and animals adds to the quality and flavor of our meats. When you join our farm you can expect a freezer filled with delicious, healthy meats that you can pull out any day of the week for a restaurant experience right in your own home.
