Stoney Acres Farm is a 3rd generation family farm located in Athens WI serving North Central WI (Wausau, Merrill, Medford, Marathon, Colby/Abbottsford, and Athens). We have a highly diversified farm with over 170 varieties of fruits and vegetables, 100% grassfed cattle, meat and egg chickens, pastured pigs, mushrooms and maple syrup. Our CSA runs 20 weeks with the option for 1-2 additional deliveries in the fall and early winter of storage vegetables and greenhouse greens.

It is our goal to have CSA members out at the farm as much as we can. We have u-pick vegetables (peas, tomatoes, raspberries, herbs and flowers) and three wonderful family centered farm events including a pancake breakfast, our famous barn dance and our fall pumpkin pick and pie event, included in your share. We have weekly small potlucks centered on our farms woodfired bread/pizza oven, and offer 120 acres to explore and make your own.

We believe in creating a family farm to serve our local community, move toward environmental sustainability, and provide a beautiful and constructive setting to raise a family. The family farm has been a central form of economic democracy in our country and we hope to reinforce this tradition to support a healthy and socially just world.
