In this series, professional chefs will use a sample CSA share to provide recipes, tips, and techniques for healthy eating of a vegetable rich diet. If you’re a first time CSA member, a seasoned member, or an avid gardener seeking tips for using your vegetables, these workshops are right for you.Cooking workshops are $15. The Canning workshop is $25. Discounts will be available if you would like to attend the entire series of either the Food Preservation workshops or the CSA Cooking workshops.
