Join Farm Director Claire Strader to see Troy’s cover crops in action and to discuss timing of cover crop establishment and plow-down/incorporation, interactions between cover crop and crop rotations, and the philosophy and finances of putting land into cover crops. Dr. Erin Silva, UW Organic Production Specialist, will give an update on her notill organic crop and vegetable research, as well as updates on notill organic research at other universities.
