“We feel very privileged and excited to be partnering with folks who are really doing a lot of good work that, until recently, has been hard to find in more rural areas,” said Dennis Fiser, who farms Regenerative Roots with partner Anne Drehfal. “Tyler at The Black Sheep is doing a lot to source local food for his restaurant and Tyranena is another great local resource. We’re happy to work with them to create a more vibrant local food system in Jefferson County.”
Tickets are $45 per person, and the dinner supports the work of FairShare CSA Coalition.
“Farm to Feast is a celebration of the wealth and wonder of local food in our region,” said Kiera Mulvey, executive director. “We’re thrilled to bring together farmers, farm supporters, local restaurants and the public to share fine food and delectable drink in support of the local food movement.”
