Participate in a grower gathering hosted by Josh Engel, Mike Noltnerwyss and Chris McGuire on the equipment used during the time frame of postharvest cover cropping in the fall all the way up to seedbed prep the following season.  Each farmer will help present and lead a discussion of equipment that they currently operate to complete each task that needs to be done during this timeframe. There will be a discussion and commentary period on each tool or task before moving on to the next.  Examples of what they will be talking about include fall tillage tools, grain drills and other cover cropping techniques, cover crop management, spring tillage, stale seedbedding, and seedbed preparation.  Each farmer will have a slideshow to view equipment from each of their operations as a starting point for the conversation. Bring your questions, ideas, and a dish to share!
