The 13th Annual Midwest Value Added Agriculture Conference is taking place in Madison at the Sheraton Hotel on January 27th and 28th, 2011. The Key-note Speaker will be Polyculture Farmer Joel Salatin. Salatin raises livestock using holistic methods of animal husbandry, free of potentially harmful chemicals in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.

Many break-out sessions will be happening on both days, with sessions on Permaculture, Chickens, Bees, Farming, and more.
