Wisconsin Acidified Canned Foods Training for Licensed Food Processors

  • Wisconsin food processing regulations
  • Facility requirements
  • Sanitation Principles of thermal processing
  • Microbiology of acidified foods
  • Record keeping and forms

**There will be time set aside to answer all your questions and for product testing.
