Food Use & Preservation Workshop Series

This is an example of a delivery of a winter share from Primrose Community Farm.

Are you a 1st time CSA member?  Have a garden of your own?  And wondering how you are going to use all of your vegetables when they are at the most fresh and flavorful?

Check out the Coalition’s food preservation workshops and cooking classes!  We are offering resources to help you extend the season of your produce and make the most of your share.

Along with the regular canning and dehydration classes, we will be offering a series of cooking and menu planning classes to make sure you make the most of each box.  For more information visit this page.
