Though the weather is already chilly, there is still time to sign up to receive boxes brimming with butternut squash, parsnips, carrots — and many other hearty vegetables, not to mention tasty meat from our meat CSA farms!
These treats are incredibly versatile, and often at their sweetest after experiencing a few frosts. With a late-season (holiday, fall, storage) share, you can use locally grown ingredients to make delicious roasted root vegetable medleys, kimchi, and fresh salads well into the winter months.
To find farm that offers a late-season share, just use the custom farm search tool. Some farms offer a total of 1 or 2 large boxes for their late-season shares; others offer a box every two weeks from November to February; it depends on the farm.
If you need assistance finding a fall share delivered to a convenient location, check out the Farm Pick-Up Locations Map.
