How to Sign Up

CSA Open House treats

A family of four healthy vegetable eaters typically enjoy the amount of veggies they receive in a 20-week standard vegetable share.

Ready to sign up and receive a box of fresh, nutritional vegetables each week and cook until your heart is content?

Here’s how:

1. Eligibility.

Confirm that you qualify for Partner Shares Program funding assistance. Click here for eligibility guidelines.

2. Choose a CSA farm and a vegetable share.

Peruse the website farm list, use the CSA Farm Search, join us at the CSA Open House, or give us a call to help determine which CSA farm and share is best for you.

Once you have selected a farm, check on the farm’s website to receive CSA sign-up form from the farm or sign-up online.

3. Determine a payment plan.

Write your payment plan on the Partner Shares application, indicating payment by check  or Quest card.  Full payments must be completed by September 15, 2012. View payment options for more information.

4. Complete & Submit Application.

Sign up Online: You can complete your application online, but you need to mail the Coalition your farm sign-up form and deposit payment of $25.  The $25 deposit will be applied to your remaining co-payment balance.  Your application will not be complete until your payments and farm sign-up form have been received and your payment plan has been approved.

By Mail: Make sure the following forms are completed

  1. Partner Shares Application
  2. Your Farm’s Sign-Up Brochure (obtain this directly from your farm)
  3. $25 Deposit to reserve your place in the program.
