Join Farm Manager Seth Riley and some of the Farley Center’s 12 resident farmers on a tour of their fields and packing area, while food safety specialists Erin Silva and Harriet Behar discuss practical on-farm food safety methods illustrated by real-world examples. A basic food safety plan template and a few record keeping forms will be shared, helping farmers build systems within the FSMA framework.
