Workplace CSA for Employees

  • ConvenienceNo more fighting traffic or dealing with tired kids when you pick up your box after work. Leave work with your veggies and save shopping and driving time.
  • Camaraderie – Enjoy the fun of opening your box  in the company of your colleagues! Swap veggies, share recipes, and experience CSA with your work friends. Single-person households can easily ban together to split a share or add-ons such as eggs, and when you go on vacation, it’s easy to find a colleague to take your box.
  • Community – Hold a CSA potluck, share dishes, and visit your farm together! Workplace CSA can put even more community into Community Supported Agriculture, while also building community at work.

Workplace CSA for Businesses

Offering a workplace CSA program is a low-cost, concrete means of supporting your company’s wellness and sustainability goals, and shows employees you care. Workplace CSA programs are growing across Southern Wisconsin and are a very popular employee benefit (at low to no cost for a company).

Learn how FairShare can help you incorporate fresh food into your workplace, strengthen your community, AND support local farms. Our assistance is offered at no cost to participating companies thanks to funding from a Buy Local, Buy Wisconsin grant.
