AS A FAIRSHARE VOLUNTEER YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO: • Be dependable, report on time and complete your assignment. • Notify coordinator/project lead in advance if unable to volunteer. • Respect the records you handle and all matters relating to FairShare members and staff as confidential. • Be willing to give the time, energy, and thought required to do a thorough job. • Respect and care for FairShare properties and equipment • Cooperate with and treat others with respect. • Have fun!

Volunteer expressly acknowledges that in performing any volunteer activities, certain activities may involve lifting or carrying of equipment up to 20 lbs, and other utensils and tools which may or may not be inherently dangerous and which are capable of causing property damage and/or bodily injury. Volunteer assumes full responsibility for any risk of property damage or bodily injury caused by, arising out of, or related to volunteer’s performance of any of the activities, except for injuries or damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of FairShare CSA Coalition and its respective officers, directors, members, employees, and staff. Volunteer covenants and agrees to release, waive and hold FairShare and the Board and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and staff harmless from and against any and all property damage and bodily injury incurred or sustained by volunteers as a result of, arising out of, caused by, or relating in any way to Volunteer’s participation in, access to and/or use of any FairShare property for the purpose of performing any volunteer activities. Volunteer understand and acknowledges that volunteers’ participation in, access to, and/or any use of FairShare property for the purpose of performing any volunteer activities is expressly conditioned upon volunteer agreeing to these provisions as evidenced by volunteer’s signature below:
