The Back 80 is located 7 miles east of New Richmond. We started 6 years ago from a bare farm field and have built the farm and all fields and structures. Our goal is to grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs ranging from Asparagus to Zucchini, focusing on high quality.
We pride ourselves on being a CSA farm first by providing nutritional veggies to our members for 20 weeks from June to October. We have the greatest members who find happiness with each week’s harvest and newsletter. The newsletter contains a picture and description of each veggie along with recipes and ideas. We offer a unique doorstep delivery option and will even unpack your veggies in a cooler if you are not home. Many members choose to pick up at the farm on CSA day to select their veggies market style. Pick up on the farm comes with the added bonus of the “take it or leave it” tables where members can leave items they don’t want and take anything extras of the items already on the table.
