Farming can feel isolating, and much of our work at FairShare is focused on connecting growers with community and building relationships.
Our grower team works daily to respond to the needs expressed by our growers, from honing their production skills to connecting with one another for idea-sharing and camaraderie. Thriving farmers nourish our communities across the Midwest.
Whether it’s helping beginning growers gain crucial skills, supporting farmers with techniques to protect their bodies and minds, or providing access to thought partnership along the way, our goal of investing in farmers manifests in all of our grower-facing work.
If you want to revisit any of the topics covered over the last month, or share with a friend, you can see all our stories here:
And if our work resonates with you, please support our grower programs here.
Together, we're not just growing vegetables; we're growing hope, community, and resilience across the Midwest.

I really appreciate how this initiative focuses on resilience, education, and long-term community support for farmers. Helping growers protect both their physical and mental well-being is just as important as improving farming skills. Even communities around games like SoFlo Wheelie Life show how shared learning and support can bring people together in positive ways.
